SERVING UP MASTERPIECES
A Yukon Chef holds his creation up for a photo.
When backgrounds are less than perfect, I like to either throw in some
colour to take away from the florescent lighting and or blur them in
post processing. I feel it simplifies the whole image allowing the viewer
to concentrate on what you want them to be looking at!
